Carrot Cake Yogurt

Try this easy twist on a family-favorite dessert. It's ready to enjoy in just 15 minutes!
1½ cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup finely shredded carrot
¼ cup reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, plus more for garnish
½ teaspoon finely shredded orange zest
; teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
1. In a medium bowl, beat together yogurt, carrot, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon maple
syrup, orange zest and cinnamon with an electric mixer.
2. Divide between four small serving dishes. Drizzle each dish with 1 teaspoon maple
syrup, if desired. Top evenly with walnuts and coconut before serving.
